I offer courses, workshops, retreats, and talks that unite evidence-based knowledge with holistic practice. Whether you’re looking to slow down, deepen your practice, or find new inspiration, you are warmly welcome to join.
I also collaborate with companies, teams, and groups to create tailored sessions and programs that foster connection and collective wellbeing – supporting balance and growth in workplaces, communities, and shared spaces.

My courses offer a deeper exploration of yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle medicine. Together, we move beyond the physical practice to understand how our daily habits – how we breathe, think, move, eat, and rest, shape our health and happiness.
Each course blends evidence-based knowledge with practical experience, giving you tools to support both mind and body in everyday life.
Courses are offered throughout the year, both online and in person.

Talks can be tailored to your audience, focus, and timeframe, from short sessions to half-day workshops.

Workshops
A space to pause, breathe, and reconnect
Workshops are shorter sessions designed around specific themes within yoga, breathwork, and holistic health. They offer a chance to slow down, learn, and experience practical tools for restoring balance, focus, and energy.
Through movement, guided breathing, reflection, and gentle discussion, you’ll explore how small, mindful shifts can create meaningful change.
Workshops are available both online and in person and can be personalized to meet your intentions, interests, or group needs.
Retreats
Step away from daily life and return to yourself
Retreats are immersive experiences created for rest, renewal, and reconnection — with yourself, with nature, and with what truly matters. Each retreat blends yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and lifestyle medicine into a holistic and nourishing journey.
You’ll be guided through practices that calm the mind, open the body, and restore your natural rhythm. There’s also time for reflection, stillness, community, and deep rest. A space to release stress and rediscover presence and vitality.
I offer both one-day and three-day retreats throughout the year.
