Elevate Your Well-Being with Yoga and Holistic Healing
Find balance and acceptance in each breath
Welcome,
My name is Asha Sundaran and I am so glad that you have found your way here.
My wish is to inspire and motivate you on a journey to care for your mind and body, as one. I believe that understanding this union is the beginning to better health, happiness and overall elevated wellbeing. I have created this space in hope that we can do something good for ourselves, together.
With over a decade of medical experience, I’ve witnessed how negative stress, both internal and external, can take a toll on our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
It’s clear to me that a greater emphasis on mind-body connection and preventative medicine is vital in our society. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and practices which can enhance our ability to take better care of ourselves.
My personal journey taught me the profound impact of long-term stress on the mind and body, leading me to make significant changes in my own life. Yoga and breathwork became my sanctuary, transforming my world. In recent years, I’ve delved deep into how these practices can optimise our mental, emotional, and physical health, offering tools to manage stress and live the life we truly desire.
I’ve invested in extensive training in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, and I’m excited to share the wisdom I’ve gained. I want to help you harmonise your mind and body, manage stress effectively, and live a more mindful life filled with awareness, balance and presence.
If you’re ready to embark on a journey toward a healthier and happier you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Your wellness journey
begins here!
Why start this journey?
Practices such as meditation, breathwork and yoga have shown to have many positive benefits for mental, emotional and physical well-being. They contribute to cultivating a more balanced, flexible and regulated nervous system which gives rise to many health benefits, such as heightened internal awareness, focus, memory, concentration, increased energy levels, better sleep, optimise blood pressure, hormone balance, digestion and beyond.
There are many ancient and beautiful practices that are very beneficial for your health and simple to integrate into your daily lives. These practices within yoga and breathwork can help enhance overall well-being, both mental and physical. They can promote rest and deep relaxation.. They can help calm, ground and create balance within you, and help become more present and aware in your life. They can increase your stress resilience and help deal with anything that life might throw at you. While it’s hard to avoid stress, the key lies in learning how to manage stress in a healthier way.
It took me some time before I was able to meditate, to sit in stillness and connect with myself behind all the thoughts and inner noise. And each day is different. Some days I want to practice more movement through poses and yoga, other days I want to practice breathwork and other days I want to sit in stillness and meditate. This has become a ritual for me now, influencing how my day will turn out, the choices I make and actions I take. It gives me space to observe my thoughts, feelings and emotions, to get out of my mind and into my body. It allows me to live in alignment with my truest intentions.
If what you have read so far sparked something in you, a curiosity and interest to experience yoga and breathwork, then I warmly invite you further on this journey to explore the full potential of your breath. I will share practices, events and retreats where we will go deeper into the simple yet powerful art of yoga and breathwork.
